BuildWithin and FutureFit AI Announce Strategic Partnership to Meet the AI Moment in Workforce Development

Two leading workforce technology organizations partner to offer government agencies and employers end to end intelligent infrastructure.

New York, NY and Washington, D.C. - April 9, 2026 - FutureFit AI, an AI-powered career mobility and workforce intelligence platform, and BuildWithin, a workforce technology company and federally certified registered apprenticeship intermediary, today announced a strategic partnership to help government agencies and employers respond to the accelerating impact of artificial intelligence on people and jobs.

The partnership brings together two complementary capabilities: FutureFit AI's workforce navigation and transition platform with BuildWithin's registered apprenticeship infrastructure — creating a full suite of end-to-end solutions for government and industry workforce leaders.

The combined offering addresses a persistent gap in the workforce development market, where agencies and employers have long relied on fragmented point solutions ill-equipped for the pace and scale of today's labor market challenges.

"The workforce challenges created by AI aren't coming — they're here. BuildWithin was built to give organizations the infrastructure to respond with speed and precision. Partnering with FutureFit AI means we can serve people and institutions at increased scale and depth." — William Lopez, President, BuildWithin

"Governments and industries are not prepared for the impact of AI on jobs and people. To meet the moment, we need scalable and intelligent transition infrastructure across regions and industries — that is the power of this partnership." — Hamoon Ekhtiari, Co-Founder and CEO, FutureFit AI
