Co-Founder
Philip Minardi builds the commercial and government-facing side of companies operating in regulated markets. Over twenty years, he has held senior roles inside Fortune 500 technology companies, national trade associations, the United States Congress, and venture-backed companies.
As a Co-Founder of BuildWithin, Philip leads the go-to-market organization, including sales, marketing, and customer success. He has directed an $8 million federal workforce contract spanning multiple regional hubs, carrying responsibility for growth and measured performance, and he sets the company's national employer engagement strategy across artificial intelligence, quantum, clean energy, and advanced manufacturing.
Expedia Group recruited Philip in 2016 to build a North America public affairs function the company did not yet have. He created and scaled it alongside more than $500 million in regional revenue, then took the mandate worldwide across the EU, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific as a senior company spokesperson and counsel on political risk and regulatory exposure. Earlier, as Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs at the Travel Technology Association, he built the association's first unified advocacy operation. He came to Washington in 2011 as press secretary to a senior member of the House Ways and Means Committee.
Philip co-chairs the Bay Area Council's Workforce of the Future Committee alongside executives from Google and OpenAI, serves on the advisory board of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Technology Engagement Center, and mentors leaders in the Chamber Foundation's Talent Pipeline Management program. He holds a B.S. in business from DePaul University.
