Gerardo Gómez is a technologist and serial entrepreneur dedicated to the frontier of autonomous intelligence and the realization of agentic systems. With a background in computational modeling from MIT and early-career simulation engineering at Johns Hopkins University, Gerardo approaches software through a lens of cognitive science and physics-first architecture. A proven scaler of high-growth ventures, he served as a foundational leader at Phone2Action (now Quorum), driving the technical evolution that led to its exit as the DC region's largest govtech firm. Currently, as Co-Founder and AI Lead at BuildWithin, Gerardo is focused on architecting the future of work by building intelligent systems that automate complex reasoning and bridge the gap between human potential and the modern labor market.
