APPLYBuildWithin is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Instructor to deliver live, skills-based instruction and facilitate applied projects aligned to the program learning outcomes and syllabus. The instructor will guide learners through hands-on tools and workflows, provide structured feedback, and support completion of mini-projects and a capstone campaign presentation.
About the Program
This 5-week, technology-driven curriculum prepares adult learners for entry-level work in digital marketing campaign execution and coordination. Participants learn end-to-end campaign fundamentals—from strategy, content, and channel selection to asset creation, landing pages, lead capture, email workflows, analytics, and optimization.
- Deliver engaging live instruction aligned to program outcomes, including:
- SMART campaign objectives and KPI development
- Customer journey mapping and audience strategy
- WIOA Digital Marketing Training
- Asset creation in Canva, landing pages in Wix, and lead capture + CRM workflows in HubSpot Free
- Performance tracking using Google Analytics and HubSpot dashboards, plus A/B testing and iterative optimization
- Facilitate the course sequence across: digital marketing foundations, content strategy, personas/KPIs, SEO fundamentals, paid search/SEM, social media planning, design fundamentals, AI design tools, Figma/Framer basics, Wix website building, email marketing, automation testing, and capstone execution. - Assign, review, and provide feedback on deliverables and mini-projects.
Brand voice/style guide + content calendar; search/social brief; portfolio website; email + social campaign and the final capstone presentation.. - Support the Friday asynchronous block by:
- Posting weekly assignments and guidance
- Providing timely feedback and Q&A support
- Monitoring progress and addressing learner barriers. - Maintain a structured, inclusive learning environment for diverse adult learners.
Including clear expectations and strong communication norms (e.g., Slack/email professionalism). - Coordinate with BuildWithin program staff on attendance, learner progress, and completion readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience teaching digital marketing or marketing technology topics to adult learners (virtual delivery required).
- Hands-on proficiency with core tools and workflows used in the course, including Canva, Wix, HubSpot (Free), and Google Analytics.
- Ability to teach practical campaign execution skills (planning, building, launching, measuring, optimizing).
- Strong facilitation skills, clear communication, and reliable instructional planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows (e.g., content drafting, design iteration, productivity).
- Experience teaching SEO/SEM and paid search fundamentals (including budgeting and KPIs).
- Familiarity with Figma/Framer basics and portfolio website development.
- Background in workforce training, career transition programming, or learner coaching.
Credentials / Certification Alignment
The curriculum aligns to credential pathways including HubSpot Academy’s Digital Marketing course and Slack Basics.
